PM issues

I sent a PM which wasn't replied to and upon checking the actual message their was a line through the recipients name and a small message stating that the recipient had permanently left the conversation without having read the message.

Is this a system error or have I been blocked by that recipient?

Nah it just means the recipient has deleted the message and left the conversation.

It seems to happen as soon as I send the message though

If it happens as soon as u make a message you have been blocked if it takes longer then they leave they just aint interested in talking
