Player Worn Jerseys..

Hey guys, i'm after some advice. I got my game worn unwashed stewart jersey today, after it had sat at the post office for a week while I was at work. It reeks! No it is putrid!! I remember that smell from when I use to play and you'd open the bag to wash last sundays gear on a Saturday night before a game. It is fully signed, so I can't wash it. Any hints on defunkifying it.

i didnt de stink it, it still stinks, dont leave it closed up in a plastic bag though, it will go mouldy. ive got it in a plastic bag but open. if im not going to be home for the day, i take it out and hang it up to try and air it out properly, but yeah like you said im to scared to wash it because its signed. '

Its just on a hanger, but I've got it next to the screen door to get a breeze through it. I was wondering if glen 20 might kill some stink

not sure id go the glen 20. but the hanger with breeze will definitely do wonders initially.

yeah really not to sure what to do in regards to stink but if your getting it framed once you do figure out how get some of this stuff, will keep the sigs good and not fade due to UV

*Edit*... Looking at it it's obvious they just got 17 players from the club to sign it
as it looks like it has Matt Bell and Moltzen on it maybe?

Awesome thanks for that Girds. One of the black sigs on the white must be Bodene Thompson as that's who's jersey it is and they it would be signed in black by the player who wore it. Hopefully someone can identify the rest but that is a great start.

Will take a better pic with a camera rather than a phone if that can aid in helping with the rest.

yeah saw that. bird swapped his jersey with a pommy. and i assume fifita would wanna keep his, but the rest might get on board, which means there would be a few good ones up for grabs.
