As for buying large lots of Finest maybe I could suggest a list that you could mark off everytime you buy something so you do not loose track of where you are up to.

Oh I do believe me, but it's not always possible when you buy lots of 40-50 cards where there is a crap picture and no list of what cards you're getting... I've got a fair idea of what's coming, but not an exact one.

As for being disagreeable about trading for things you don't need, I thank you for not trying my patience but I can not see the point in trading for cards that you don't collect. As I only collect Finest and nothing else.

And I certainly understand that, which is why I am very happy to trade in your favour for doing me that favour. I wouldn't trade for stuff I didn't want unless there was something to make it worth my while either.

And you won't get an argument out of me with regards to me msging you and letting you know, I should have sent you one, like I said I am busy, but I still dropped the ball on that play.

My pet hates:

Postage prices/Overpriced postage for cards. I DISDAIN IT!

Ebay fees for putting up a card to sell. Ebay fees for the sale of the card. TWO SETS OF FEES ARE STUPID FOR ONE ITEM! idiots.

Cards that arrive well packaged but are damaged (yet labeled mint condition). Der idiot seller!

My cat climbing all over the card folders & boxes.... *glares at sooty*

My lack of funds to collect the players I want to collect. I collect Shaq cos he is old school, and I saw him on tv (yes tv, prob a set-up) talking to an overweight african-american boy who wanted to be like him. Iverson cos I love his style (clothing etc!! lol). He looks pretty damn cool and stylish.

Hmm what else.....

Oh and the fact that people collect a certain player/s, you offer them some cards of their player/s (jerseys and inserts mind you), and they aren't even interested. Then they go and sell the card cheaper than what they originally were going to sell it to you for, to someone else. That ticks me off big time. People need to be grateful at the fact others want to help their collection grow by offering cards to trade, instead of knocking them back saying "they don't want them". Either you collect the player or not. Geezus.

As a player collector though there are times I can't get cards that people offer me. I've got bugger all trade bait as Cliffy said and often can't afford to buy cards that are offered.

As someone else said I'd love to be able to win all the KG cards I want - last week a beautiful KG auto #21/25 went for $90 on ebay -I woulda paid about $130 for it if I'd had the $$

my pet hate is when trying to do a trade with someone and tell them to go look at your site, and they come back with a list of card they like and all of them are from parts of the site clearly labelled as "PC NFT"....really quite annoying...hasnt happened on ozcards yet but happens frequently on other sites i go on

The over charging for postage his by far my biggest piss off, I get maybe 3 in 10 auctions I win , and 1 of those will then send the card in a white envelope with a thin toploader instead of a bubblemailer, and it cost the same 83¢.

Also seppo' ebayers that don't leave feedback. fair enough they don't until you do to make sure they don't get a random neg, but to not leave + feedback in the next week for you after you have just sh•ts me. I have one seller with 700 odd feedbacks and I'm still waiting after 1.5 months and 12 or so reminder emails, yet if I email him about a current auction I'll get an answer in 24hours. Idiot!!!

paying for an item withing 2 hours of the auctions close and the fat lazy seppos don't post it out for another week. where has customer service gone these days

Getting sellers that clearly over charge on postage to make up the money they didn't get on the auction... if your stuff was better, you would get more!

Also not getting postage discount for more than 1 item... if your not going to reduce the postage, well i want the items individually posted!

I dont like seeing alot of listings that say on the title/description "no auto", "no 1/1", "no jordan", "no Lebron", etc.... A lot of times they are selling cards of crappy players....

US Sellers that say "No International Bidders allowed", with excessive postage, NO PAYPAL for international bidders and most of all US sellers that allow you to bid and then wont send the cards to you....


I just got to say this regarding Bargey and AJ, I am glad to see that you guys have sort things out yourselves... I have dealt with yous on ebay and both of you are nice people...

Bargey is one of the best trader here. He had let me off for a bunch of cards that I didnt pay when I first started on ebay, so I owe him this collecting experience....

AJ had given me loads of Hill finest cards when I first started as well. If he still remembers this
