Paypal scammer need help!!!

Ok guys hes a it again.

I sent item back with tracking as per paypals request.
There was an attempted delivery on the 25th,seller has obviously saw that it was from me(Australia)
And has egnored the delivery.

Now paypal wants proof of an address that i sent it to.
I mean all good as i have that receipt but only one problem the receipt only says:

*Time and date
*tracking number

Does not have the address.
Does anyone know how to get that info.

Yes thats true.

You would think that Australia post should have the full information in the system somehow as it was given to them. Some sort of record.
Right?
*name of receiver
*address of receiver and so on...
Am i crazy to think like this?

They should record Post Code at least....

Should have took photos and/or vidoes of the packaging, knowing already the shit you've gone through.

First of all, I sympathize your situation, but if I were you, it would have ended as Item Not Received. There's too much at stake to say the card was delivered. Think of it from PayPal's perspective, they don't really know what the heck is going on, who is scamming who. It is hard for them to enforce anything.

On top of that, returning the card comes out of your pocket as well, now you have to prove this and that which is a waste of time. It is a lot easier to use the system against him, then send him the Gold Medallion back if you are an honest person.

If you want prove of the address sent to, you should have it when you lodged the package with tracking at the post office.
