Im in a paypal dispute because i paid for a $1000 card and received a $10 card.
Now paypal is asking and requires documents, heres what they said.
The requested document should be provided by an unbiased third-party, such as a dealer, appraiser or another individual or organisation that’s qualified in the area of the item in question (other than yourself), which clearly identifies the item as unauthentic.
What does this all mean?
What are they asking,or what do they want?
I cant let this scammer get away with this, its outrageous how someone would have the heart to do s*#t like this.
Or even get a raw card review or something from BGS etc. If you can't take Beckett as an authority for sports card then there aren't many authorities left! Good luck mate for what sounds like an absolute dog act.
I don't think you need to go that far as to get it graded or authenticated from a grader...
The card you got isn't the card that was for sale in the listing...Simple, Paypal case (not as described) and you will win...
If you need any further proof, I think a MOD from this site would be enough, if not, get on the Beckett site get the info on both cards with pics and link Paypal the info, that should be more then enough....
I've had a paypal case asking the same thing and all I did is show pics...
The seller ended it early and obviously that's what he's trying to get out of..
For the few $ a one player subscription to Beckett should do the trick. Should give you the book value differences atleast? But it shouldn't be necessary, as said above just show them the card you received and what you were supposed to receive.
but paypal is asking someone to identify it as unauthentic though, but what i received would be authentic.
i don't think they understand the situation.
