Panini Redemptions

Hey Guys, Ive been away awhile (kids) but I tried logged into my Panini Redemption page to check on my redemptions and can no longer log into my account.
Anyone else have Panini close an account that is waiting on redemptions? Some of my redemptions go back 11 years. Ive reached out to Panini support but can only leave a message.

U have to download the app and sign in as a guest and though to customer support

got it thanks, they didnt close my account they just werent sending me emails. I think its time to request replacements for those pending 2008 redemptions ha

thanks, this also fixes one of my issues, i thought it was my brain fogging out...
