Long story short. I received a incorrect card for my Durant 14-15 Certified Competitors redemption. In its place, I received a Durant 14-15 Certified Signatures which of course is lower valued and a sticker auto. Emailed David Sharp, surprisingly he responded within 24hrs. He wanted me to pay postage to return the card before they ship the correct one. When I suggested it wasn't fair for me to spend even more money to correct their mistake and Panini should at least cover return postage as well as re-opening the ticket on my account, both suggestions were refused and all future communication were ignored by him. This guy is a complete waste of space and has no concept of customer service whatsoever. The fact he is in a managerial position reflects Panini's disregard for customers.
Decided to give Panini a call and try my luck and was fortunate enough to be put through to a customer service rep who was able to organise return postage and also replace all my outstanding redemptions. In a conversation that went for no longer than 15 minutes, this guy was able to do everything that his manager refused to do. The process took longer than expected mainly due to time difference and agreeing on replacement trade offs. Using Beckett prices really influences the replacement of cards in a bad way. A couple cards I thought were unfair trades against me. But overall, I'm just glad to have it over and done with.

The following two were replaced without my consent, by the time he had read and responded to me, the cards had already been shipped.
This is where using Beckett as a guide becomes a real disadvantage. BV is the same but in no way would they go for the same price on the secondary market. I thought this was a bad trade, not in terms of player but in reference to the product, type of card and numbering.
