Maybe send a formal complaint to the NBA?

Panini represent the NBA as official licensee, so they must have some form of agreement to uphold the NBAs name.

i have a total of 65 redemptions waiting lucky for me they are only low to mid end. most of these are 2 years old now i messaged them and asked for a replacement for all of them hoping this would speed it up that was 6 months ago and i still have not received a single card

They really are a joke, and there reason to me as you can see on first post is go through phone method. I'm sure that will change everything. If they need more staff hire them, they are churning out enough products now. I won't be putting up with it and urge you guys as collectors not to as well!

I have actually thought about sending the NBA a message as I won't be collecting/busting anymore boxes of Panini.

Don't think its so much about not buying the products, more that they are ripping NBA followers off by not
providing official NBA goods we all have paid for.
I am sure the NBA would not be happy about this at all.......

the NBA have been paid for the licensing already i doubt they would care plus this site alone is testament to the fact we all complain but in the end still buy the product

not saying much - it's an addiction lol - people know smokes will kill them and still buy them.........

not sure if they will be concerned at all but it can't hurt to email them and have the complaint on record - never know!

Been on BO Forum for a while now and you see all these Panini suckerups on there which frustrates me because they whinge in every one of their posts about how rubbish Panini are and then buy multiple cases of their product. Vote with your feet people, when you see a D Rob /5 sit at $2.25 with a day to run on Ebay then the collecting world is in utter chaos never mind the Kobe auto devaluation and uber parallels which make a 1/1 feel like a 1/999. Until collectors follow Brett's lead and voice their opinion and boycott the majority of their overproduced worthless junk then nothing will happen. Voice your opinion peeps!

this is why i started collecting base sets only its still fun tracking down the cards they are great to look through and i don't go broke obsessing over all the parallels,i am too obsessive to collect 1 player anymore
