well this was a little different, in that i didnt even do a deal with this guy, but believe me once youve read what an absolute psycho this guy is, youll wanna stay well clear i assure you.

ebay name: past-fast

ok, so im interested in this guys auction so i ask for a postage quote to australia. he replies:

"Hey there from Kentucky...I will not ship unless item is signed for. Global with signature is about $20.00. Thanks for L@@KING!!! Good Luck!!
I WILL NOT SEND TO THE ORIENT!!!!!"

puzzled by this last line being shouted at me for no apparent reason, i replied:

"AUSTRALIA IS NOT THE ORIENT!!!"

to which he replies with this drug addled racist jibberish rant:

"Are you to trying to be a smart ass...? I will ship any place but the orient....every lousy transaction I have ever had has been from fricking GOOKS, NIPS, FLIPS and simply put Orientals. They are straight rip offs and knock off artists. Thanks for the geographical information...that was not pertinent to any buying or sincere questions having to do with this auction. Do you live in the orient? Than, what the F--K? Go to Korea sometime and eat some DOG. Do not try to tell me where the orient is, son! Have you ever been to the Zching River in China? Or have you been to China? However my favorite is Thailand, get busted with a joint and it is your head. Hey Cambodia was good for taking heads also. I've had exactly the same problem with this LOSANGELESSPORTS clown. He is rude, lazy and just outright greedy. I had bought and paid for over US$500 of items from him and he had some sort of problem with shipping that I'd paid (which his shipping calculator on his checkout system came up with) and demanded more. I said no and tried to come up with alternatives and many e-mails later (often short and angry in tone) lead to him refusing to send my items and then was very slow in refunding my money. The only way I could get my money back was to pay a re-stocking fee of US$20...which I know is a con, but better that than lose $500.
So I too say avoid LOSANGELESSPORTS which is a shame because he did have a good range of items at not too bad a price.

This is so late, but we too had problems with this seller (very early this year). We went through their checkout to pay, and about a week later they emailed to say they required more postage money. We weren't going to pay more. We said that we'd have our money back because they lied about postage costs. After about 10 emails they said that they'd give us a different product that had lower postage costs. (as we were still new to buying on ebay we agreed. Stupid mistake!!) They sent out a replacement product but still had money to refund. After about 20 emails (and them putting a unpaid item despute against us) we finally got our money back. All of this took at least 5 months. After this amount of time I was unable to leave negative feeback.

This guy ripped us off $40.00 aus for some starting line up figureines. I, (being the person that trusts everyone), was stupid enough to wait more than 3 months for my items (which of weren't coming) After no replies from them after about 5 emails, I checked their feedback. I found that at the same time many others had also been ripped off. So I am out 40 bucks (and are unable to leave feedback). But at least there's a guy over in the states taking names and action against them.

I got ripped off by a e-bay user ,some of you know about it.
I lost $17 US ,A soon as i paid for the lot of 3 cards,he deregisted from E-bay.
I made a claim & won,But they have never been able to refund me.

His user name was ....mustangpride33........Real name......

complaint: Paid for an item (Darko/AK47 patch) on Nov 11 and paid for Global Express delivery, Come Nov 26 still no sign so i send an email and he responds with "i dont remember when i sent it but it should be there soon" then it arrives on like 6th of december or something with a postmark of Nov 29, 3 days after he told me it had been sent...Then ignores emails asking why he lied...Another member here also had a similar problem with the same seller...Avoid this toss-pot

Issue:-Sent cards in a plain envelope without any protection (toploaders) therefore cards were damaged when they arrived.
Seller ResponseReponded with the statement that I was trying to rip him off. Claimed that he had this problem with an Aussie before so all Aussie can't be trusted. This was after sending him scans of the damaged cards.

I won an auction for 2004-2005 TOPPS CHROME CHROMOGRAPH JOSH SMITH ROOKIE AUTO.

It says in the listing - IMMEDIATE PAYMENT REQUIRED...PAYAPL ONLY..NO MONEY ORDERS, E-CHECKS, PAYPAL ONLY...

but it also says further down....

Seller's payment instructions
paypal or cashiers check only.

And also....

Money order/Cashiers check Accepted

So anyway, I won the auction at about 12:30pm today. Get home at 7pm and check the auction and see that I won it fairly cheaply. I also notice an email from the seller. It says that he is relisting it as he cant wait any longer, as it said "immediate payment" I don't know how you can pay immediately with a money order or cashiers cheque, but i was paying paypal anyway.

So it appears payment within 7 hours is not quick enough for this clown. I guess he just wants to relist it and get more for it.

I know this guy. We had a few dealings actually out of ebay and he seems to be a very nice person. I am not sure why he sent you an email after 7 hrs.

But if you really want the card, you can report it to ebay if you cant work it out with him. Just an advise

Thanks Alf. He actually sent the email to me within 4 hours of the auction finishing. I just didn't get back home till 7 hours after the auction finished.

I have sent him an email asking if he is really serious, as re-listing it means he wont get money for another 7 days anyway.

I suspect that he probably puts "immediate payment" in all his auctions just to give him an out in case the auction goes cheap.

IMO you should have paid as soon as you seen the email, then I thought it would be harder for him to say you can not have it. If it does not state that you have eg. X amount of time to pay just pay and it should be harder for him to get out of it. If you are willing to take the chance.

I just had a look and if I was looking at the right guy he has a 100% rating, just pay he can not be that stupid that he would risk a neg over something this lame (7 Hours).

It appears we have worked it out. He hasn't relisted the card and gave me another day to make the payment, which I have now done.

So if the card arrives, I'll be happy that I was able to sort it out with this guy.

I'm having a problem with marnit1985 right now. They haven't even responded to me after a few weeks and have started a dispute. I'm fortunate in a way that its only a few $, but none the less. Someone has already left negative feedback on them last week for much the same thing as me.

Hope they pull their head out of their ass..

Some people are very irresponsible with their auctions being sold.. I once had a seller who sold cards and went to trip for 2 weeks.. LOL, but finally, he came back and sent me the cards... even though he didn't mention a thing about going on a trip.. furthermore, i paid him within 3 hours of auction completion, sometimes, i feel funny, is it too hard in US to login to internet while on trip? at least, leave a message to the buyers.. but that's usual issues on ebay.. anyway.
