Also scooped up the Converse Aero jam 20 Anniversary release yesterday if anyone remembers Larry Johnson's signature shoe and the Grandmama commercials will post pics when the hit the country next week.

nice you have tiny feet!

did anyone get the Playoff 8's off catch of the day late last week? I should have posted on here, I didn't get any as I still have my 2006 retro's still DS

Yep Twizz small feet = GS prices some advantages.

Converse Aero Jam arrived today. I absolutely love these look awesome on feet too. When more colour ways get released I am going to cop another pair. That old retro leather smell when you open the box I haven't smelt since the OG Jordan and Nike kicks from the 90's

Those Concord Gammas are fresh, love the Gran mamma's too =D>
Had a pair of those in year 6 and blew them apart I wore them so much :D

Damn, I missed my size at eastbay and can't find anywhere else. Great kicks

Air Jordan 1 Retro Production Cost Breakdown

You payed how much?! Really, how much did you pay for your last pair of Air Jordan 1 retros? As you think about that, we’ve come across some pretty interesting data that hints at the actual numbers that go into producing one of today’s hottest retros.

As pictured in the image above, an Air Jordan 1 retro costs $16.25 to produce with materials costing around $10.75, $2.43 for labor, overhead at $2.10, and a factory profit which rings in at $0.97. Of course there are other factors that may influence the final cost, however, these numbers aren’t too far from the truth! Now just think, you probably pay between $125 and $140 for each AJ1 – that’s an $108.75-$123.75 profit margin in the pockets of Nike, Jordan Brand, and MJ.

Does that change your perspective on things, or are you unaffected by the realities of it all? Sound off in the comments below and keep it here at Sneaker Files for more.

I have no problem paying retail as long as they produce a quality product if you look at marketing costs and money given to jordan etc they would be a bit more than $16 I have a problem with resellers buying up shoes that they don't wear and putting huge price tags on eBay hence why I refuse to shop at footlocker and get all my kicks on preorder sites in the USA. I went into footlocker after work at 10am I wasn't expecting to get a limited release and being a size 7 I was told none in stock but we have. Size 13. I said why would I want a size 13 they won't fit and the Asian in a zebra suit said to resell I was disgusted considering these sell out quickly I rarely see anyone rocking jordans out in the streets the most recent was some due with a pair of 8s that had the airmax 2013 air bubble on them obviously Chinese wholesale fakes but I would be ashamed even looking at these online let alone wearing them

I rarely see anyone rocking jordans out in the streets

are you kidding? I see alot of people rocking their J's, I wear all of mine except for 2nd pair I have deadstock.

the ones i wear casually in the streets are my Bred 4's, black cement 3's, aqua 8's, playoff 8's, metallic 5's and wear my Bred 11's and spacejams playing ball twice a week. I doubt I will be getting anymore though because I refuse to line up overnight for them, Just lucky I got in before all the hype and reselling started

Also I don't understand why you say you won't shop at footlocker BUT have no problem paying retail??? Footlocker are the cheapest out of anyone because you get the 10% discount!
