Sweet :) Wasn't sure where to leave it! I go right past the end of your street every 2 weeks for work (I have a routine check up thing...hard to explain) so figured I'd simply make the 2 minute detour and drop it off :D

He replied:
"wow really? hey, if you dont want it, dont bid. not my problem. its authentic. No need to be a douche"


To which I replied:
"If you didn't fake it, then the person you bought it off faked it. That is a Jersey card and Logomen are reserved for only whole logoman cards, not cut up and inserted into high print run jersey cards.
If you bought it, I am sorry you got conned."

No reply yet...suprise suprise.

Work for Melbourne Uni, plant pest and diseases. Every 2 weeks I have to drive ~900km in 3 days checking moth traps, of all things, around Melbourne, Geelong and Hastings. :thumbsup:

For some reason I didn't notice it was oversize and thought it was a mini logoman.

Your right it's from a warm-up jacket. ;)

some of the /99 beam teams have had a similar colour to them, but no white.

i have this out of topps echelon so im thinking it might be ok

anyone know where they might be from, warm up suit or something.
 
idk on that boozer cause did they even use all star pieces in there if so then its prob real but idk

The Beam Teams are Jersey cards though arn't they? I can't say I have seen a single patch in any of them...

As for your Echelon...I'd be taking a long hard 2nd look at that...where on earth would they get an Adidas from? And I don't think I have seen any decent patches in Echelon other than on rookie cards!
 
The adidas would be from a tag if it's real, or maybe a warmup, but as you say it's unusual for those cards. And yeah, beam team are not patch, so ask what it says on the back of the card as to where the jersey's from...

But the Adidas wouldn't be boldly embroided if it was on a tag. Tags are just that flat little...well...tag! that is sewn on the bottom of the jersey no? There's no definition in the embroiding of those.

yeah im a bit iffy on the /99 beam team myself

this is another Echelon with same sort of material

2007-08 Topps Echelon Carlos Boozer Autograph Jersey 50 - eBay (item 270271349444 end time Jan-29-09 06:12:35 PST)

i picked up the other one because it looked ok, didnt pay much for it, no more than a common one.
