Interesting about the potential owner coming in, maybe could have offered more money to Rotnei if they wanted him (under the new franchise player tag and if the new owner wanted to wave around some money) but it looks like Rotnei just wanted a change because word is that he was offered the most the Hawks have ever offered any player and still said no. Welp....
