Finally the Dragons have a card of a player not in their current squad, I've been waiting for one of these little beauties for years.

What's everyone's thoughts on the checklist? Personally I think it looks pretty good, has a nice mix of different players so I think ESP has done pretty good with it. Only negative is having more Chambers cards. As a IP collector that sucks but overall I'm liking the mix of players in the set.

I like the player mix. I know he only played one game last year but it was pretty strange that we only got 2 Inglis cards across both sets even though he's the team captain. I like that Fuimaono and Murray got a couple of cards too, Murray is a new favourite. As a Josh Jackson collector I also like that I've got a few more of those to chase than previous years. It's a shame that Souths signature was Crichton, obviously they couldn't predict everything but would've been nice to have a player to be more enthusiastic about. I like how the Faces of the Game focused more on the young players too

Hey Rocket,

I understand your issue with Crichton signing with the enemy but as a Rugby League fan and NSW fan I'm would have to say I'm pretty excited about him. I also expect you and many Souths fans whilst disappointed will be more than happy he is in your team in 2018 as I expect he will again be your stand out player.

At the very least you have to admire his commitment to Souths in amputating a finger for the team.

We should've traded him for 2018.

Pity that swap with the Storm for Felise Kaufusi didn't eventuate.
