Im finding it hard to work out if Lakers are as bad as everyone says they r or if they r actually tanking. Todays game, up by 6 with 6 minutes to go and then turn the ball over 6 times and dont score a field goal for more than 6 minutes. Hard to know cos im only following the box scores atm but if they r tanking then why win games that we dont even want to ie. beating the bulls a couple of weeks ago. Hit a field goal on the final buzzer, first FG since 6:35 to go in the game.

Whiteside is nothing but a cheap shot wanker, if he just played he would have been in for a massive payday, all these cheap shots are costing him countless millions in his next contract

It's an interesting situation - has there been anything said about him being a numbskull while he was on that rebounding monst streak? I certainly heard nothing of his risk of implosion lol
But as soon as that push on Olynkyk happened ALL of these tweets came out saying about how he's had so many chances to listen and learn and the Wade lecture transcript etc etc

Was everything good on the rebounding drowning out the past issues and everyone just hoped he'd settle?

Sure did. Obviously not meant to imply he's anywhere near Rodman's calibre as a player, just that you can have a screw loose in your head and be an excellent rebounder to still be wanted in the NBA.

secondly, fair enough but yeah obviously Whiteside will be a bust 99 times out of 100, the other 1 being a 10 year vet and zero being HOF lol

dennis did average somthing like 16rpg for a year and somthing like 14 for 2 or 3 years before he went right off his rocker, Whiteside has had like 10 good games total, huge huge diffrence
