d'Antoni isnt doing anything to help us either, Hill has been a great spark for us and yet he's only had 6 minutes almost thru almost 3 quarters. WTF? Kaman has been solid but he hasnt seen anytime this game.

I don't think Phil Jackson could even help this team. Lakers were gonna struggle if everyone was healthy, now they may end up on the bottom of the West, not a horrible move. I'd like to see them score a top pick and then add another nice FA in the off season. They'll ditch half of this team.
Lakers should reload quickly... but then again we have the big unknown - Jim Buss - now running things. This is his first season as the decision maker. Either it will be one to forget or this time next year everyone will be singing his praises, dont think there will a middle ground.

That is why New York, Los Angeles, where he has a home, and even Chicago are on his short list, according to a source. The source said the Clippers — with buddy Chris Paul — are more attractive than the Lakers, though the purple-and-gold have cap space and the Clips don’t.
