in saying that, its a business and all players know thats quite possible. As someone said be thankful your in the NBA and making stupid kinds on money doing something u love. I go somewhere i hate everyday and dont get a say in it, its called work!
Do you make your company the stupid amounts of money Dwight does? People often seem to forgot how much these players make for there team. But being that he is a under a contract he should go where he is told(after all he did sign the contract). But I in no way fault the guy for trying to go where he wants to be. No different then what Melo did.
You get to decide where you want to go when you're a free agent. Not when you have a contract. Orlando need to take the best deal for them and send him wherever. I still can't believe he's saying he does'nt want to go to the Lakers. Trade Dwight for Bynum and Lakers are much better defensively and will be tough to stop. No doubt they'll be then eyeing up Nash.
Joe Johnson to the Nets shocks me. Maybe the Nets are worried about Dwights attitude? JJ's contract is ridiculous, Deron would still be the best player on that team and getting less money. I don't think Deron will be excited by that.
Gotta disagree there Benny, bynum is just as good defensively and has much more offense, personally I think he has the brightest future of the big men, still young and is a beast. As for joe Johnson I didnt realise he was on such a big contract, he is a star though. They are all on crazy money, just shut your gob and play hard.
kinda agree, BYnum probably isnt quite as good on D but better on O, i'd rather move Gasol and peices. JJ is a laugh atm tho. Some of the money these pen pushers throw at some player in just plain crazy and i'm talking Metta World Peace crazy!

Bynum has NOTHING on Dwight. Their maturity levels seem quite similar though

Are you serious??? How about every single area. The only thing that has helped bynum is that he's got to play alongside Pau and Kobe meaning he can't be double teamed.

Dwight gets doubled every game and kicks it out to guys on the perimeter. Orlando live and die by the 3 and that's how their offense is run.
Team up Dwight with Kobe and Pau and look out in the West. That's why I'm annoyed that Dwight does'nt even want to go there. Sure he'd be following Shaq, he'd also be follwing in the Footsteps of Wilt and Kareem as Lakers big man legends.
Bynum will never get a first team All NBA nod over Dwight.

for minutes played those stats do look much different to me not to mention Dwight is the franchise player and Bynum is 2nd or 3rd choice in LA. Dwight is also 2 years older. No one can deny the talent the Dwight has and any team in the league would love a player like him but i dont see the point in LA traded cheese for cheese. I dont think it would change us that much. how ever if they moved Gasol and someone else i could see Dwight being the crash and bash center and Bynum being the workman like pf and with those 2 down low who could stop them???

Yeah I've checked those stats too. Like I said, Dwight has him at every category. In 3 mins I don't think Bynum could outdo Dwight anyway. Bynum will never get an all nba nod over Dwight and Bynum will never get DPY either.
Pau is on the way out which is a shame. I'd be happy for the Spurs to get him. He's quality, the Lakers have messed him up all themselves. Players don't want to feel unwanted.
If Dwight is serious about winning, the Lakers would be a great way to go.
I'd love to see how Bynum would go under SVG in the Orlando live and die by the 3 system. But unfortunately, we'll never know.
