It's the leadership the Tigers need. I can't stand him but he is the sort of player that the Tigers have been missing. While not a replacement for ellis it is a decent start in recruitment.

Benji is playing halback most of the time anyway. Tigers start the set with their halves left and right then depending on which side of the field the ball goes in later tackles pretty much determines who is 1st or 2nd receiver. When it comes to sheens jersey number means pretty much nothing position wise. Braith will likely be second receiver on one side in the early tackles because he has the skills but I doubt he will be the main playmaker. Braith will take ellis spot in the squad and while no one can replace him it's a fair step considering the players off contract.
True when i sat there and actually thought about it but most of these players have the time to still swap teams. Once this new deal with the rights comes thru we will be having a field day i reckon.
Dragons have Cooper, Hornby, Young, Creagh, Morris, Nightingale, Hunt - all local juniors likely to be one club players.
Anasta is a Souths Junior, walked away from the Bulldogs, now it appears he's being pushed out to make way for Maloney and clear cap space for Sonny Bill.
My point is loyalty still exists - but it's a two way street.
I wonder where Moltzen fits in the Tigers plans for 2013?
