Hopoate has a get out clause if Stuart is not coaching Parra in 2014.

I personally have nothing against Stuart he has had little to work with in his previous gigs (in fact probably over achieved at Cronulla early on), however if he ups and leaves Parra after creating all the KAOS then I will loose a lot of respect for him.
