There is a strong line of thought that the NRL wouldn't mind scrapping the Sharks and starting over again - they have been a basket case for so long in terms of off-field leadership, and the NRL's ''rescue package'', installing hand-picked management, is an interesting step to say the least.

Take this as fact - the NRL would love to have a second team out of Brisbane and they are of the firm belief that the Sydney market is too congested. The Sharks would be the easy squeeze. If things continue to crumble at Cronulla, could we see the emergence of the Brisbane Sharks

Ok i'll spill the story.......wont name the player though.

Back when I was a little kid about 8-9 after a game at Penrith Park I asked a player for an autograph out the back where the players come out of the sheds. I asked nicely and he proceeded to tell me to in his words "F Off kid" being 8 or 9 I was a little bit shocked.

I mentioned this to someone recently and it appears to have got back to him. I got a message today through facebook from this person saying:

Funny how u witnessed me being rude to a kid that asked for my autograph u filthy liar have done many things but never that,not hard to work out u wouldnt say it to my face,what a grub

I haven't had the heart to respond and let him know that that kid was me?
