Heard today from a roosters insider that the only reason Smith isn't gone is that it would cost them a million to get rid of him. They are privately fuming they gave him a 4 year contract. Expect him to be there next year.

Cool, Dragons will now have $500,000 free next season to spend! Gasniers contract was loaded at the end, thats why they shafted Costigan and Smith. Stanley is good anyhow, so he can cover the backs next season.
