What a scandal it is, involves a consenting adult whom it appears from reports to have filmed it herself.

'Only' fined $400.00 for each charge, pretty cheap when you consider what sort of coin he is on.

It shouldn't matter how much he is on to what the charge is, should be the same cost to all people no matter there economic status

Get more of a fine for using a mobile phone while driving and being over the speed limit by less then 15kms per hour

Yep that's a court fine and consistent with the penalties handed down,

What will be interesting is what will the NRL do.

Pretty standard sentence for a minor possession and first offence in terms of the fine. I am surprised that a conviction was recorded though, especially considering Ferguson walked away from a sexual assault without a conviction. When you don't enter an early plea and take a matter to hearing that comes under consideration during sentencing. An early plea from Norman and he still got the conviction for a far less serious offence IMO.
