You know what Norm, I've already wasted too much time, energy and not to mention money. The CSM always prompty responded to all my emails in the past and now nothing. I'll just learn from the experience because I doubt any representative from Panini has the balls to attempt to resolve anything. My redemptions are off their waiting list and I have a feeling that that's all that matters to Panini. "one less idiot to worry about!" for them.

I sincerely appreciate all your opinions (although I don't agree will them all) on this matter. The main point I wanted to put strongly across from the beginning is that we, as customers aren't receiving service levels that we deserve from Panini (and the other majors). I'm disappointed I didn't receive my 2 PC cards, but I'm a grown man and I'll get over it. But we do deserve to be treated better by these companies that we're spending thousands of dollars with. Customer Service has been my working life and I've always strived to exceed my customers' expectations, but I don't expect that from others, I'm pleased if they just meet my expectations. Thanks again to everyone for a healthy robust discussion and may all your redemptions be Jordan's 1/1, lol
