I sincerely appreciate all your opinions (although I don't agree will them all) on this matter. The main point I wanted to put strongly across from the beginning is that we, as customers aren't receiving service levels that we deserve from Panini (and the other majors). I'm disappointed I didn't receive my 2 PC cards, but I'm a grown man and I'll get over it. But we do deserve to be treated better by these companies that we're spending thousands of dollars with. Customer Service has been my working life and I've always strived to exceed my customers' expectations, but I don't expect that from others, I'm pleased if they just meet my expectations.
