i think UD are being smart for once, instead of blindly money hungry. they probably realise that the allure of exquisite as a brand is its exclusivity and rareness, cos of the price tag and the status attached to the product. if they brought it out every year, it would become less rare and it would flood the market, causing less demand and reducing the value of the product in the long term. so them bringing it out only on rare occaisons is a smart long term plan, besides it must be tough to think of new designs and stuff to make the cards look that awesome, they wouldnt want to bring out an average looking product for their best brand.
