that warnie is an awesome card mate, absolutely love it. the design, the pic you used, the patch, it all looks so real. awesome job, and your doing all this at 12, keep it up and imagine what you can do when your 18 
can you make the patch cards like that warnie one but without the patch in it so we can put our own patch into it? how do you print them? do you just use a special printer and thick stock? or is there something else you need to use aswell? might be keen to do this myself, looks like fun.

hehe cheers matey! Yeh sure but it might be easier if you send me the patch and I'll do it since I have done it before and it is complicated... Funnily enough I use my home printer, thankfully it is top of the line so it prints very good quality, I print on regular card stock like select would use.

Can't believe i havn't seen this thread in ages. Love the Warnie Dylan thats awesome mate.
One suggestion make the card first then trim it down at the end and you'll get much cleaner edges
