How many negs before someone is banned Andrew?

No real hardset rule as far as I am aware. When you look at the user in question here, his 2 negs were 12 months apart and both were for lack of communication - is that worth a ban? I'd probably say no. The negatives are more than justified. Getting a neg is not an instant ban it is more deendant on what it is for.

If these things aren't brought up, how does anyone learn from their mistakes ?

The guidelines aren't difficult to find, I'd be surprised if anybody who's lost money in this wasn't gonna follow them in future ... regardless of if there's a thread about it or not.

I just don't see the need for this thread, it's making a bad situation worse, as far as I'm concerned.

Reading this thread, I had no idea who or what it was about. I can tell you that you aren't the only one in this situation now, or in the past. Hopefully by bringing these things to peoples attention we can stop it happening in the future.

Yeah sorry graham, just over-reacting ... I've got a flu from hell at the moment which isn't helping my mood haha.
