Need suggestion - buying card still not recieved

New update. The seller agree to give me the refund on 26th April.
But I still don't know how much refund I'll receive. Still waiting for answer.
 
New agreement. Seller offer me cards as a replacement for the lost card.
Then, I'll wait for the replacement to arrive at my home.
 
FWIW, I learned not too long ago, that even though some items have a tracking number on them, the clerk at the Post Office MAY NOT enter the details in, which starts the track.

I posted an item off from a sale on ebay a short while back, and whilst I had all the details, I had to ring Aussie Post and they couldnt help me, but said that next time, to ask the Clerk to activate the tracking (or whatever the terminology was) so you can go home and check it straight away.


I just punched in that number on Australia Post's site, and it's recorded as International Product/Service which means it's been posted, but they havent done what I've explained above.

I wouldnt expect your trade partner to feel they are obliged to repay you as this is purely out of their hands. You've seen the photos to see that it's been addressed properly, and that it's been registered and posted, but Australia Post have fucked things up.

I'd be making a claim with AP and then refunding you that money (or there part of).

Sucks that shit like this happens, but it does. Really hope it turns up though, I guess that's the ideal outcome!
