Not too bad at all, but sounds like they are heading down the UD path for quality controlstill at least they fixed it.
So so, I think they could have done better
Was the Certified case you bust the 8 box or 24 box one? Because I think the 8 box ones werent guaranteed a case hit
But very nice card none the less
The thing I've found with panini is that they do not mind replacing missing hits - after all, they do guarantee certain amounts of hits per box. They are trying to build a reputation as a good company looking after the collectors. Upper deck and topps simply say "well, sorry but those are just averages. We do not guarantee anything. So tough luck" - essentially upper deck and topps will not send out replacements unless it is for a damaged card or an exchange card that cannot be redeemed - and even then they will hum and hah about it for months. i recently purchased a box 2009-10 studio basketball from dacardworld.com (great service and shipping from there mind you) that was missing the autograph. I sent in the quality assurance form and recieved a reply a week later from panini saying that they are completely out of stock for studio and would I like a hit from another panini product. I said yes as long as it was an autograph. How often would upper deck or topps do something like that?
