The thing that shits me is that it was sent in a massive bubble mailer, yet they refused to acknowledge that the damage was caused by this.

Ive sent another email in reponse to the one i received, pretty much saying "well its your fault, im annoyed, if you dont replace it, dont bother sending me my pending redemptions, cos im not interested in UD products anymore.."

I know its not much of a ding, or that TJ Ford doesnt mean much to many people, but its the principle; i would scan up the bubble mailer to show how big it was, but it didnt fit in the scanner... in which i can fit 8 cards in top loaders in.

Im just really annoyed with Upper Deck recently, and this may well be the straw that broke the customers back...

hahahahaha man I remember the first time I saw him play for milwaukee it was a 2 night double header against the mavs....(3 nights later he damaged his spine) he had 8 assists in 7 mins of play in the 1st Q ....and some of his passes had to be seen to be believed....thats when I decided to get everything he had....(btw the mavs smashed them in both games). I have his cards and a signed jersey and 2 pairs of signed shoes (1 milwaukee PE's and 1 Texas Longhorns pair) I love the little guy.....
