its usually about $12US a box postage. and ive emailed him a number of times and he has always responded promptly, so just try him again in a couple days. OCSC has very good customer service ive found.

I buy my boxes from Bruce at oc, and though it sometimes takes a bit longer, all boxes ordered go through him first. Personal at his location make sure ordered boxes are as they should be and then he sends them out. Top class business with Bruce!

That would be the smart thing. The reason you can get great deals on Ebay, is alot of dudes dont have overheads and their costs are reduced......because of dropshipping. However the risks for mistakes and situations like this increase greatly. Atleast with a brick and mortar shop like OC, you may pay that extra money, but you will get the quality your looking for. That was my point from the start........you cant have your cake and eat it to. You either want a bargain, and then take the risks associated with buying on Ebay.......or you pay a normal amount, but higher, and have peace of mind that your getting quality. Cant have the best of both worlds!

Andrew - Read the rest of the thread. He sells boxes that are "Drop Shipped". He only sees 10% of the boxes that he sells. I think it would be far more likely that one of his "suppliers" opened the box. And if you're so worried about him searching and re-sealing boxes, why would you then support this practice by buying singles off him??

If he is so trust worthy i and other people on this forum should be able to buy singles and boxes from this seller without having to think twice and not have to ask for a refund. As you might have seen the boxers in the pic (i think there is a link for the pics) on ebay the box wrapping had UD logos all over it when he received the box there where no UD logos on the wrapping to be seen. Ummm not selling the same item that was advertised. The seller should be taking all the responsability (as in most cases he has) for the item that is being advertised, the seller is acting on behalf of the supplier, if the supplier is doing something dodgy the easy solution to the problem would be to STOP doing business with supplier cause it is only doing the seller damage to their reputation. But i will continue to buy singles but NOT BOXERS from the seller.

Wasnt aware that their Boxers had UD logos on them...

........ just checked mine, they dont either... perhaps I should send him back my Boxers too....

On topic..
I agree that he's provided great service back to Locky, but somehow, I'm not convinced that he's not FULLY aware of what's happening. Afterall, his images are small, and SOME don't have the UD Logos on the Boxes.

Buy from those you trust the most I say!!

Well, a great result to this, as FACTORY SEALED boxes were at my door when I got home from work last night.
That's a good effort by bigboydsportscards3, and I think that he ahs dealt with this issue pretty well

It's a shame cause Terry & Co are nice people, but obviously they never see the product as it's dropped ship.

I have just read the WHOLE thread and my gut feeling tell me that this guy knows he is selling "searched" boxes.......I certainly won't be buying off him no matter what sort of service he gave Lockmac !

Somehoe I doubt that.......have a look at the link Billyhoyle left....it shows you all his negative & neutral feedbacks......WAY TOO many referring to box tampering for him to NOT KNOW !!! He knows what is going on alright.

99.6% overall feedback for over 90,000 auctions is excellent.

45 have been withdrawn so attempts have been made to fix it.

Now that the problem has been made real clear, if they continue to sell searched boxes then there's no excuses, and they need to be reported. :smt068
