I am well aware of attyball's history....I have corrected my post, attyball sold to the guy I bought from, and this guy has not used ebay in over 12 months, I was not referring to attyball's ebay habits. They have still been selling recently on ebay anyway, so i'm not sure how that works given their colourful history in the hobby and with the law.

Ah, it all makes sense now!
