also, tank abbott, although a nice name to add to any fight card, and talks a good fight, and sometimes entertaining, is no longer a force in mma. toughman contests and street brawls, for sure, mma, no.

as far as ken shamrock, he has retired after his humiliating defeats to tito ortiz. frank shamrock had an easy 1st rd win over cesar gracie a few months back, and is trying to line up a match with the NY Badass phil baroni. frank has been very inactive
