I feel like error cards are only potentially worth something when they are subsequently corrected by the manufacturer.

In this case, I just think is a machine error which doesn't add anything in terms of value. There might be a niche collector out there who loves collecting errors.
 
From working as a lithographic printer for 20 years knowing how it would of happened as a misfeed to be embossed as I’m assuming there would been about 1-20 depending on what’s on a sheet before they cut it done. If there was a dog ear on the numbered card or number on one side of the dog eared side and normal would make it a one of a kind.
But know Nothing about significance on error as a collector
