Oh man! this sucks so bad! I hope there weren't any irreplaceable Ennis's in that bunch. My biggest fear is losing a 1/1 in transit.

I had a situation like this 4 years ago, and it took a solid year or more for me to recover.

I sold a Kobe Credentials RC to US buyer. Tracking didn't update. Said he never got it. Got his $1000 back.

8 months later, he lists it for sale.

Same account. Same serial number.... BUSTED, right? Nope eBay says 'Sorry to hear that. That sounds like a police matter, you should report it at your nearest police station".... yeah right. An Australia cop is going to chase up a piece of cardboard in the US.

Wow that sucks Coopz, yeah that's a sick card and a lot of money to lose. Fortunately mine were nothing like that. It was supposed to be a clutch of 10 Jordan cards: slick silver, emotion ntense etc.
I have a slick silver already but this one looked really clear.
Anyway yes I am proof that ebay / paypal don't always side with the buyer. I have also learnt that a dishonest seller could send anything to anywhere in your suburb / post code and as long as it shows delivered neither of these idiotic companies will do a damn thing.
It's an absolute clusterfk what I went through but I guess that yeah it could have been something like a 1/1 or something much more valuable. So I am just trying to look at it that way and move on. The ebay seller is cbonesma i wouldn't recommend buying from them and also shows that perfect feedback means nothing. Why? Because once a case is closed you can't leave feedback so he skates away scott free. I think the dude knows the system and has for whatever reason decided to fk me over. Normally ok people do dumb sh!t sometimes who knows. Anyway, thanks for the replies guys. Hope nobody else has to deal with a situation or seller like this.

Both bro. Game over, I have done everything I can and neither ebay nor paypal give 2 fks

Message paypal through Facebook. Granted, it was in 2015, but a guy called Adrian finally got on board and actually helped me get somewhere, after they'd shut me down a few times and I wouldn't accept it. I think once my frustration was obvious, he stepped in rather than the 'automated' replies I was getting.
If you have clear proof that you're right, don't give up. Just don't let it stress you out either.

Stiffed by Ebay, Paypal and the seller so what is the final twist? My Jordans or some final F you from the Universe? I honestly don't care either way but thought this may be of interest.

Ok so mmb never bothered sending me a pic so i received my latest mailday today and thankfully the Jordans were there.
No clue what happened in between but I have them now. Will pop them in the fs section sometime as I sold my Jordan PC.
