Might experience a winless situation here...ebay/USPS / mymallbox

I bought a small 10 card Jordan lot on the bay
USPS show it as delivered 14th Feb. I had another parcel delivered that day as well as 1 since all processed into my @MyMallBox suite but not the Jordan lot. I emailed mmb and they advised that they have not received the parcel with the tracking # of the Jordan lot. They said to ask the seller to get the signers info from USPS. So I emailed the seller and copied the email from mmb and myself asking if they could please check for me. It's been a few days and no reply. USPS site is useless as you can't get POD if you're not the sender.
So the problem is, the cards are "somewhere" but not at mmb, the seller may not respond as they sent and as far as ebay goes it shows as delivered to the suburb and postcode so they will side with the seller and I am likely out $150USD. Pretty crappy as it's not the sellers fault nor mine. I saw that it was an insured parcel so hopefully they do contact USPS.

Ok so this is weird... read from the bottom up

Now he's going to post them?? WTF is going on? I am truly baffled. I am hoping he either had them returned which doesn't add up with USPS tracking or he happened to send something else to the same suburb and gave me the wrong info however it all sounds a bit off to me.

Fingers crossed it all works out for you. This has me VERY nervous. I joined MyMallBox this week after hearing about peoples experiences on here.

I had an eastbay order shipped there, cos you cant buy air maxs online from the US.

Tracking says it arrived yesterday, bug Ive not had confirmation from MMB yet. Im planning on having my COMC mailbox sent there, and consolidating the parcels. But I wanted to be sure my first parcel arrived safely first before I sent irreplaceable 1/1s etc there.

How long is the delay between tracking saying delivered and MMB confirming they recieved it ok?

Usually a couple of days mate. They will send you an email, and you will also be able to view the parcel in your suite. MMB is great, been using it for a while now and never had any issues.

might be that he printed the label and just not posted - but weird it showed as delivered

Yeah I haven't really had any issues with MMB and I have been using them for ages. It could be USPS have stuffed up somewhere just have to wait it out for a week or so. Hopefully it goes well as there's a couple of cards in that lot I am really looking forward to having.

Do you get singles sent there from ebay? I actually havent looked closely at the charges. Would it be cheaper than comc processing or not?

Yeah if you buy semi regularly then yes it would be much cheaper.

Yeah this seller is really strange. I messaged him and he says he sent them yesterday. I asked for the tracking....crickets.
I really have no clue what's going on. If i don't have this lot received at MMB by Friday next week I'll go through paypal.
I guess that means whatever has happened is 100% on the seller and not MMB.
Such a strange situation

Out $150 US for a slice of fresh air and windy pie.
Why? Because ebay don't care he said he posted the cards (that still didn't come) a week after they were supposedly already delivered but because USPS shows delivered 14th Feb. When I said to ebay on the phone " but you can see he has admitted he was going to ship them on 22nd Feb" I quote the dumb skank" sellers have more than one buyer so they wouldn't have realised it was you and thought it was someone else"
WTF is that? THEY know what the seller was thinking???
So I get to eat a fat d!ck and for those who say ebay never side with a seller...here's proof they do. Just send something to the same post code and you are covered. Fkn useless.

Yeah that's bad luck mate, if I'd have seen this sooner I'd have said not to go through PayPal yet, because they and ebay are completely ignorant and wouldn't have looked past the fact that the tracking on it shows delivered.
You're going to have to contact paypal and give them hell, use the email from the mailbox and the eBay message and scream until you get somewhere (politely though).
Message them on Facebook or something, I did when I had a case go against me/they were difficult and the guy who picked it up actually helped..!

Yeah I actually went through ebay. Useless!!
All may not be lost I have to fill out some IC3 FBI form to get my money back through some money back guarantee as a once off. Dunno how or if that's gonna work but that's what ebay say I have to do.

I filled out the IC3 added all the numbers they wanted, attached it all in the link they sent me on Friday night my time just now I get an email stating they closed the case and they didn't receive my documents.
Their incompetence is inexplicable.
Livid is an understatement.
