I'm looking to get a Patrick Ewing & Patrick Ewing Jr one made up both in Knicks uniform, I was looking at larger scale pics if possible. I'm going to offer a nice little prize if anyone is interested in making these two up so I can put them on my site.

I'll offer these two cards to the best design, sound fair?

Harsha, instead of the drop shadow on the patch use the emboss. Double click the patch layer and then double click emboss. Make the light source dead on and adjust the size to 300% should give the patch a better look of being sunk into the card
