Memorabilia question

Hi,
I had a colleague approach me asking whether I thought his Michael Jordan One glass framed shoe signed and “authenticated” would be worth anything today. He just sent the photos and before i break the news to him that it’s fake I thought I would ask here..
Authenticated by “Hollywood legends and champions” dated 96. No serial number. One shoe only.
I seem to remember the brand from 90’s memorabilia stores but cant find any record of them.
2 things would assist... 1. Have you heard of Hollywood Legends and Champions memorabilia? 2. How do you tell your colleague that the shoe his wife payed $2000 for in 1996 and that is more valuable to him than his 3 kids is fake?

Do you have an image of the shoe? Even without seeing it id be concerned that its most likely fake.

It would of been so much easier to fake items like this back in the 90's...
any chance of being able to post up more photos?

MJ has been contracted to Upper Deck for many years; I would not buy any memorabilia of his that didn't come with an Upper Deck COA.
