update on this. sale was terminated cause we found white ants in the arcatrades. bit of a bugger cause now i got to go look for more houses. sucks big time. but better to find out now then later on i think

well new news

signed for this a week ago. inspection gone through no worries. nice big loan been approved. (i like the money not the fact i have to pay it back )

get to move in in about 2 weeks.
