I've heard Topps are the worst company in the world to deal with issues like this, so don't hold your breath. Just be happy with what you got from the second box (making up for the first) and move on...

Not likely. Will be chasing it up and chasing it hard. Have done this with 08-09 Hardwood before and was very successful.
