I don't think its shilling, someone is just hoping Hardaway Jnr is going to get huge minutes now that trade has been completed probably the exact same thinking the winning bidder had considering he bid up against himself. That winning bidder off BO reminds me a lot of that MrExquisite?? I believe his name was, 17 yr old, buying exquisite and can't crop a scan.

Exquisiteman aka hoopscards365 is who I believe you're referring to. Don't think it's him, but an also young rich fool.

All an auction needs is one clown who wants the card bad going up against someone with a large max bid and you have a crazy ending. Like the Steven Adams debut jersey - I bid an insane amount because I really wanted it, but lost out to Mr Moneybags. Would have sold for $1500 less without my bids...

I think just about everyone's been in a situation with another bidder who wants that card as much as they do.

I know of a card in my collection that another bidder and myself drove up to about three times its worth.

Was it disappointing? Kinda. But at the same time, the card reminds me of one of the most intense eBay auctions I've been in. Myself and another buyer going bid for bid right down until the final second, with myself just squeezing out the winning bid in the final second. It's because of this that it's one of my favourite cards.
