Call me a hater but 2.4 million for a non-auto card like that seems like at least 10x too much. There are some real whales at the top end of the market.

My feeling is that inflation will help disguise how much that card drops over the next few years. If that card goes up for sale in 12 months time it goes for half the amount.

Anyone else here that thinks 2.4 million is an insane amount of money to spend on a card like that?

Personally I'd much rather have 12X 86 Fleer Jordans in PSA10

I'm also guessing that the 2.4 million was pocketmoney for the buyer

If I were a Billionaire I'd pay it because what would 2.4Mil matter. Aside from that, not a chance.
