I'll explain later....
Firstly I am trying to complete what as far as I know is the first rainbow in the hobby.......(may be wrong on this)
In 99-00 finest there was a set called Team Finest and I managed to land the red refractor #21/50...
I liked this card so much I thought I'd try to complete the rainbow - as far as I know I don't think there's an earlier example of a rainbow in the hobby.
Anyway firstly there's the regular blue /1500
then the blue refractor /150
I also just landed the gold regular /250.....
Only need the red regular /500 red and the impossible gold refractor /25.....Burbank has one of these for only $175!!!!!!
Only one I've seen....
Now onto the more interesting story....
About 3 years ago I won this card on ebay for about $40....
I'd never seen any of them before and despite the fact it looked fairly new for a 10 year old auto I was stoked to have KG's first ever auto jersey #'d. When I posted it I remember one guy saying it looked dodgy but I laughed him off of course.......
About a year ago photobucket opened up their search engine and I saw a lot of other autobilia autos and realised that mine was obviously a fake. I was pretty gutted but kinda held onto it anyway.
Then about a month ago Paul06901 sent me a link for the same card!!! It had a BIN and my mate Patrick won it for me and it arrived today.....
I think you'll agree this one looks a bit more likely!!!!...

So I'm pretty sure this one is legit......I even checked to see how they're numbered and they didn't have 00's put before numbers ie 0021/1000 - wish they had but anyway I reckon this one counts!!!!
SO....my #21 count now goes from 125....to 125! Not sure what I'll do with the fake...might sign it myself and put it in the marketplace.....any other ideas????

By the way I think I'm the supercollector in the new beckett.......just got an email from someone trying to hock off some KG's to me!!!!
