Here is the email I sent to upper deck:

I am a basketball card collector from Australia and would like to display my disgust at your Fleer 06-07 product! I have just opened a box, sealed with your logo by the way, and was disappointed to find only 35 packs and no buy-back whatsoever! As far as your description says each box contains a buy-back opportunity, which I’m afraid friend was not there. Incredibly unhappy with your treatment of customers as I have also had a redemption “in process” since December 2005. Please stop with the lies, and when you talk the talk, please start walking the walk.
