Yep, can see that, but the writing is a bit tiny, so I can't see what plugs are what...will try to work on it and get back to you.
Now, does your TV have more than one selectable input? Like AV1, AV2 etc. Probably OK if it doesn't, but then you will have to use the DVD recorder as the 'video input hub'.
Yeah, words are too small so I can't be specific but I can be general...
First, hook your antenna/cable to your STB antenna IN (is this also your Austar?), the ANT OUT from that to the DVD REC ANT IN, then the ANT OUT from that to the TV ANT IN. This should let you tune the channels on the TV and DVD REC, but first you need to see the output from the DVD REC.
To be able to record from the STB you should put a VIDEO OUT from that straight to a DVD REC VIDEO IN (depending on what cables you have, but component, YGB, is good for starters). Then put a VIDEO OUT on the DVD REC to a VIDEO IN on the TV. You'll need to select the right AV channel on the TV (a button like INPUT SELECT or something) so you see the DVD REC output on screen, and the right AV channel on the DVD REC so you then see the STB output on the screen.
For starters, you can just put an AUDIO OUT from the DVD REC to the TV, but for the final setup you will probably have AUDIO OUT from each of the STB, DVD REC and TV to the AMP AUDIO IN's. That is if you want to be able to watch the TV with AMP audio while you say record a program on the DVD REC or STB.
Without better pics, that is all I can say for now. Hope it helps a bit.
