These cards were the subject of a PayPal claim against the seller. Cards were claimed as not received by Kuvenile and a partial refund was awarded to kuvenile. A full claim of $440USD was cancelled, and a partial claim of $300 was returned to the buyer.
The cards in question were listed for sale on OzCardTrader in this thread 3 weeks ago. The images of the cards have resided in the "JR Smith PC Autos" of kuveniles bucket. Within minutes of receiving my PM, they were moved to the incoming folder and I was told in a return PM that they were always in his incoming folder.

Despite the cards being listed here on OzCardTrader for sale, and the cards being listed in his photobucket under "JR Smith PC Autos", kuvenile claims that the cards were never received and his reasoning for offering the cards for sale in this thread is that he "listed those cards just to see what offers i can actually get but as of yet i still havent recieved the but there not acutally in hand at the moment."
The cards were won in July last year, with the PayPal claim refunded in August 08.
So more than 6 months later, despite a PayPal claim being lodged and won, the cards sitting in a PC folder in your photobucket, and offering them for sale on this website, you claim that you are not in possession of the cards ?
I do not buy it, hence the reason why kuvenile is receiving a ban from OzCardTrader indefinitely.

This is a prime example of why people should only sell via registered mail , unless you are well respected and known by the other party.
This is only going to get worse , not alot of people but a few just love to scam it's in their blood genetic i think.
I did not realize it was $440 geeze the other guy would be frothing if he see's this thread ( it is allover other sites know ).
Pity to see it was Kam he was hounarable on every trade sale he has had on here.

I feel for the guy! Those 2 cards aren't easy to come by! Neither is $300!
