Sweet, I'll be sure to check all possible avenues for, um, information....

So it will definitely be out there before here yeah?

What you by 'enhanced season finale'?

Re: Itching for Lost

i'll be watching for said information closely also

yeah, 7 hasnt advertised yet but theyre usually a couple of weeks behind

the enhanced version has little facts & extra information as the episodes goes along. A bit like those music video clips.

Re: Itching for Lost

So it's approximately 1 week from today, the first episode? Any idea if Foxtel, or those new digital channels will be showing it? I'm not holding my breath waiting for channel 7, after the way it's screwed us over the last few seasons... Can't wait! :worthy:

Re: Itching for Lost

wow
watched the ep's today, left me a little "Lost" haha
But it was a good start to the season, moving more uphill now which good!
Can't wait for next wks!

Re: Itching for Lost

liking it very much so far, read some good reviews on darkufo that have highlighted a few interesting things

the hiatus was bad but i think the wait after watchn an episode is worse

Re: Itching for Lost

Watched the first two eps last week and thought they were quite good. The storyline is a bit crazy and you can't doze off in an episode or you'll be lost trying to understand what is going on.

It is, it is, but if you do recall all the details, it's just an amazing story! I'm pumped.

Penny sssoooo better not die! I'm gonna be devastated if they ruin that relationship with Des. Sadly, I feel that i'm going to be sad by the end of this show. Sigh.

I got a feeling that might happen too.

Somone always dies, so much so that some people that are dead aren't and so forth.

Finally got to see in Episode 3 what I seen/photographed at Kualoa Ranch when I was in Hawaii a few months ago;

The tour was amazing, highly recommend it for anyone going in the future, especially if you're a film fan, Lost fan or both. Heaps of filming locations to be seen.

Great start to the series, leaves you wanting more as always. =D>

Don't say that :(

Man, I hate being right. It's just whats been happening, and what I have pieced together. The fortune lady person said last season, that it's not Desmond's fate to be happily ever after with Desmond. Now, Desmond will break a promise with Penny and head back to the island. Sigh, i'm sad already :(

No way!!! Thats crazy, you have seen the jughead holder??? Wooowwee :)
Thats so cool!

Re: Itching for Lost

Yeah it was pretty cool. Out of all the amazing scenery, mountains and valleys we got to soak in that day, and all the different filming locations (not just Lost), that was the most curious because there was no answer for it, just stated it was used in recent filming (season 5).

So knowing what it was to be used for was kinda driving me crazy. :D

Nothing special, but still good watching it on TV and knowing you been there sort of thing. :)

Seen alot of places, like Hurleys Golf course, the area where 'The Others' are located (the houses weren't there though), the hill where Hurley drives the van down with Charlie, a pier they've used differently and a few other places aswell.

The Highlight was visiting Jurassic Park.

[EDIT] And back OT, Desmond has to go back! He's tied up in everything so much, he wasn't on the plane etc etc but with all the time travel stuff, what he was doing before they arrived, his relationship with Mr. Whitmore etc etc... Very important to the story, I'd say almost as much as we think John Locke is.

Alright, alright, your now making me jealous!!!!

But back on topic :)
Well, Whitmore told Desmond not to go back, and stay in the place he is hiding, as it's safer! he vowed never to go back to the island, but we know he ends up going? Why? It's got to be a very valid reason for it? I'm scared he will end up jumping back, and again, end up pushing that "button".

Locke is special indeed. As soon as he landed, he could walk in 5 mins, see and talk to Jacob etc etc Don't even mention Walt!!!

Oh yeah, no doubt about Locke's importance here. As far as Desmond pushing the button though, I hadn't thought about that, especially with the time gaps/jumps happening. Do you think somehow by him pressing it the plane will never crash? I remember that episode where he said it could have been the reason the plane crashed in the first place. I'm confused now.

As for John seeing Walt, I was always under the impression that that was the black smoke since Walt never died. Just my take on it, it wouldn't be the first time the black smoke had taken on a human form.

I'm still waiting for another 'Jacob' episode. That whole situation opened up a whole new door, especially when Jacks father came back into the picture.

Freaky stuff going on there...

There is no doubt there, Desmond crashed the plane. That we do know (when the re-read the manual - Syetm error occurred at the same day and time), had he continued to push the button, non of this would have happened. My Eko was right sadly, and Locke was wrong. They needed to keep pushing the button.
I'm not sure if the "skip" in time, will send "Desmond" back to the hatch, where he must re-write tiem so to speak, and save Penny and continue to push the button until his "replacement" arrives. Which as we know, never arrived at all.
I can't help but think, and why I am sad, is that Desmond actually goes back to the island to save Penny. This would be the only crazier enough reason for Desmond to break his promise, and head back there.

That's true, Walt didn't die.....but remember, Walt could see things before they happened. Like was Desmond inherited on the island, when the hatch blew. Walt told Locke, that he had "things to do". Plus, it wasn't the first time that Walt has cuased havoc, even when he got off the island. Remember poor Shannon, Walt lead her to her death :( Poor Sayid :(
And it seems, the black smoke, is controlled by JACOB anyway. Because, Ben seemed to know how to call it in when he needed it too. Plus, the "Sonic fence" around the complex, they new how to keep it out. And the crazy thing is, there seemed to be 3 of them on the island.

Yeah, it's odd isn't it? Jacob seems to be trapped? He is held back by some magical dust, which makes he unable to get out of that house. Plus, it shifts as well! But Ben knows where it shifts too oddly enough. Jacob asked Locke to "help him", so it makes me wonder, why is some magical shifting person, in a house, unable to help himself????

I'm almost certain, that Ben will be able to free Hurley out of jail, and make it back to the island. How? Who knows, but Anna is a cop! maybe she can do something here I'm thinking? How else can you get someone out of jail for killing 3 people? Bail? I think not?

Thats right, man you're bringing back alot of stuff I'd forgotten, the System Error recording and all that, I remember Desmond talking about it but forgot it was proven. As far as Desmond breaking his promise, I think you're right on the money. Living safe with Penny and Charlie, I can't imagine a reason for him to give that up and leave it behind unless he outright feels bad for not helping them and just goes back. Hard to imagine that though as good a character he is, something has to happen that forces him to go back. Will be interesting to see how that plays out.

I had clicked onto Walt and what was happening in a sense, but that's why I thought it was the black smoke. I'm still not sure what's going on there, especially with Walt safe and sound back in America. I found Walt's growth spurt a little funny, when he went missing for all those episodes, you see him here and there but when he visits Hurley, man has he grown! I think the writers might have overlooked that, but kids growing is unavoidable. Even Hurley said, and they cleverly worked it in; 'Dude, you got big...' :D

Jacobs a huge mystery to me, the whole shifting of the house, why he needs Locke's help, how Ben know's where he is. Hope we get some major answers this season. Another concept that amazes me is why Richard doesn't seem to age. When Locke said in the most recent episode when he was born and all that, to check it out, go and visit him, I thought that was really clever. Also the introduction of Whitmore's younger self!

As with getting Hurley out of Jail, not sure how that will happen but it will it seems. I'm not convinced the men Hurley's Dad seen out the front of their house were cops. Just an impression I got but I'm not talking about the ones that actually arrested him. Who knows? Anna though, she's dead so I'm not sure how it will happen that way, not to say it couldn't, wouldn't be the first time they've blown my mind.

It's evident that they all need to go back for a reason though. Ben has less time than he needs apparently so if it's vital that they all return, Hurley's out within an episode or two if it happens, will be interesting to see how...
