I like slobby's approach. If he has already got his money back, then what else does he have to gain by threatening you. I guess now its game on. But you know, the whole ebay/paypal thing is made for buyers, the seller is always put at risk. With local purchases, I will refuse PayPal and ask them to go with Bank Deposit.

Unless you have proof that he did receive it, there's no way of knowing, not like that's justification of busive feedback. If you're unhappy with a deal, by all means use the neg feedback to warn others of an unpleasent experience... but within reason!

The most ridiculous thing is the removal of seller negative feedbacks... what kind of society are we living in here? the customers are always right? we are not servants to the people buying cards... if they allow PayPal to just take our money and give back to the buyers, the sellers should also be protected by at least having the power to give a negative feedback so people can't just clown around.

wat i do is pretend I'm a cop and be like "o sorry bout that man, I am a cop so I can run through the postage system and should tell me where the parcel went too, sorry for the incovenience" it works 1 out of 3 times haha. But yeh that guy sounds like a piece of work.

hahhaa. i say i work for the australia post. i only use this against international buyers. ebay is ****. i hate it, and its people.

i would much rather deal with people i know and trust from OCT.

what I would do is reply with an even more threatening email.....then id tell him to f**k himself...then id leave him even worse feedback than he left you...then every day for a month id bombard his email address with threatening emails....THEN id sign his email address up to all the gay porn sites i could find.......THEN...id tell him i have his address (which you would cos u posted out) then id find my way to the address and id bust down his door, zip tie him and take his plasma/lcd/blu ray/xbox/ps3 as payment for my troubles!

oh and then id go and get my item back from inside his house
