Is this acceptable behaviour ???

My partner and I made a team effort recently listed some stuff on ebay
Every deal except 2 went well without any issues.
Issue 1 is a buyer who just wanted to delay payment with ridiculous questions after the auction ended , not too bad though
Issue 2, the buyer pays a week late and by the cheapest postage method and still puts in a claim for a refund this issue was compounded by a threatening message on ebay to give the worst feedback we could imagine ???
I am very sure that this person got the parcel but has just decided to keep the money

The question I ask is what makes this person think it is okay to threaten someone over this kind of thing....
Late payment (not discussed with seller)
Late postage (message sent to buyer)
Regular post only paid with option for other yet claim made
Rude message with threats of nasty feeback from buyer

wat i do is pretend I'm a cop and be like "o sorry bout that man, I am a cop so I can run through the postage system and should tell me where the parcel went too, sorry for the incovenience" it works 1 out of 3 times haha. But yeh that guy sounds like a piece of work.

Issue 2 has happen to me b4. u know they get the card but are just trying to rip ppl off. absolute pain in the arse. but he only lived couple hours drive from me so it was soon sorted, they quickly tell the truth when u get them face to face.

Sad to hear it has happened to you ! If it was face to face, it would not have happened in the first place. This person even used capitals which I guess means he was yelling

its a joke mate, i get issue 2 all the time whenever i list items on ebay. i always get at least 1 pain in the ass claiming they dont not recieve the item and if you have no tracking # theres pretty much nothing you can do. put in your listings next time that any items over say $50 have to be shipped registered so you get a tracking #.

Yeh you just need to stipulate that they must pay for rego post if they use paypal, no exceptions.... otherwise you WILL get screwed over eventually.

You will get the odd joker who pays for regular post and uses paypal, just refuse to send the item until they fix up the postage amount.... these are normally the guys who are going to rip you off!!

Had a few issue's as well with buyer's, one which i mentoned here, they way Paypal works, if you have no proof your screwed, any cards of value make them pay for Registered Post...

That is going to make it difficult for people trying to pick up cheap cards if postage is higher big lots only or higher end perhaps

Yeah definetly higher end cards, its not worth the risk of them going "missing"...

what I would do is reply with an even more threatening email.....then id tell him to f**k himself...then id leave him even worse feedback than he left you...then every day for a month id bombard his email address with threatening emails....THEN id sign his email address up to all the gay porn sites i could find.......THEN...id tell him i have his address (which you would cos u posted out) then id find my way to the address and id bust down his door, zip tie him and take his plasma/lcd/blu ray/xbox/ps3 as payment for my troubles!

oh and then id go and get my item back from inside his house

hahahaha i voted yes because i think its acceptable if someone screws you over, in this instance your the one who's been screwed over so id be letting rip! ill be working out your postage next week mate plus i got a bit of a surprise for you too
