Personally i dont think people will people these days shop online

Card shop proposition is dead in the water if you ask me unless it is an online business model. You need large volumes to counter the overheads for a shop front. The amount of collectors willing to spend big money on cards is few and far in between and there are no innovative/exciting products out there which will move in the required volumes. Australia has no local distributors, so where would you get it from? That's right, the States, which would be the same resource everyone else has.

Agree there card shops are ancient!! Life is so busy now and the time it takes to get to a shop etc.. Apposed to hitting the buy button and it's at your front door.

Why not have both, a physical store with an online presence, done properly it could be two streams of income?

yeah ... i guess the community is really dieing .. no shop in perth then.. shame.. i will look at other business opportunity...thought of investing in a nice little shop for collectors here but not much support... thought ppl here would be over the moon all i hear here is complaints about not enough products , too expensive , no variety ect ect..thought ppl would be over the moon .. i guess not.. if majority vote are happy with whats around i dont wanba waste my money and time into the industry either ...what a shame ill stick to collecting as a hobby just for fun.

i think ill just give up the idea .. perth dont need one so maybe go to goldcoast check them out .. heading tht way in march decide then
