Sorry mate - have to tell my story now. In my home city of Dunedin there's a great castle called Larnach's Castle. It's out on Otago peninsula and has an awesome garden and grounds.
I decided to propose to Adelle on my birthday which also doubled as our 'anniversary' of the dark stormy night we hooked up a few years earlier!
Anyway we drove out to Larnachs Castle and went for a wee walk round the grounds - it was a crappy day, v cloudy and spitting a bit. There was a part of the ground which had a wishing well. Anyway when we got there I made my wish!....suddenly the clouds parted.....the sun shone down upon us... (I kid u not!) and I popped the question.
Luckily she said yes!! The rest is history - 3 kids - both knackered.....wouldn't change a thing though....
